Elche and Manturque, two new members of ASCE

The cicty councils of Elche and Monturque (Spain) are now members of ASCE. With these two cities, ASCE has 123 members from 22 different countries.
Both new members are presents in the ASCE website, so you can see their cemeteries and look for information about them on "Significant cemeteries" section.
