Heroins. Portraits of women in the face of adversity
As in previous years and as part of the Week of Discovering European Cemeteries 2015 (WDEC 2015), there is going to be a night tour entitled “Heroins. Portraits of women in the face of adversity” (Heroinas. Mujeres ante la adversidad).The tour is going to take place at the Cemetery of Ciriego on May 30th at 20.30 p.m. This year it is a pleasure to count again with the cooperation of the Santander College of Architects, the music conservatory “Ataulfo Argenta” and Strong Group. Financial support provided by “Grupo Cantabro”.
Participants
It is a privilege to have the participation of the poets: Maribel Fernández, Rosario de Gorostegui, Marisa Campo, Nieves Álvarez Martin, Gloria Ruiz; musicians of the Conservatory “Ataulfo Argenta”: Pablo Alvear (guitar), Mirian Cobo (oboe), Andrés Maribini (cello) and the music creative workshop (Taller de música creativa). Carmen L. Armengou and her dance troupe (Mara Rodríguez Peñil, Elena Gómez López, Ana Berrocal Cuesta, Elsa Cuerno Melgareja) and also Ramón Fernandez (Spanish guitar) and Amador Dobarganes (Spanish singer).To see the event program click here.
