AGM 2014: Call for papers

AGM 2014: Beyond the death: Remembrance, Memory and Heritage
The aim of this years workshop at AGM is to analyse the cemeteries as places full of remembrance, memory and heritage (intangible value).

Remembrance: This is the way of seeing an individual memory externalized and projected from pictorial, literary, musical and other points of view.

Memory: We approach the idea of memory by looking at different spaces in European cemeteries dedicated to individual and collective memory.

Heritage: We will look at using patrimony to focus on the idea of the intangible value of heritage as seen in funerary customs, rituals and symbols.

If you have an interesting article or presentation from your own region, expose it to other members at AGM 2014. To do so,

Call will be open until June 30th.

Please note that not all the papers are presented at the conference. All submitted papers and presentations will be checked by editorial board. All authors will be receive a response regarding their submission and if approved invited to present their work at the conference.
