AGM 2014: Meeting point

Important registration and transportation information for everyone attending AGM 2014 in Barcelona.

Dear AGM attendees,

for all those who attend the AGM 2014 it is very important that everybody meets at 8:30 in Silken Diagonal Barcelona Hotel for the registration, even those whose accommodation is not in that hotel. Your name badge, welcome pack and paper programme will be given to you then.

For those who stay at some other place than Silken Hotel, take into account that the bus service’s meeting and returning point is the Silken Hotel. Therefore, if you want to use the transportation provided by the organization, you will have to come to Silken Hotel half an hour earlier than the time scheduled in the programme for all the activities that require transportation (reception at the City Hall, guided visits, gala dinner) in order to be picked up.

AGM 2014: Hotel reservations

This year's AGM will take place in the “Silken Diagonal Barcelona” hotel in Barcelona, Spain.

This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place from 2nd to 4th of October 2014 in “Silken Diagonal Barcelona” hotel in Barcelona, Spain.

To make the reservation, clients have to contact the hotel via e-mail reservas.diagonal@hoteles-silken.com, identifying with the group name ASCE 2014 AGM R.748590 and providing the date of arrival and departure along with a credit card number as guarantee.

There are special rates for ASCE members from October 1st to 4th:

• Room Single Use “ Confort Room”: 125,00€ / room / night
• Double Room “ Confort Room” : 138,00€ / room / night

Breakfast and 10% VAT is included in the price.
The City Tax is 1,21€ / day / person and it is not included in the price.

Any request made before or after the dates confirmed by the group will depend of the hotel availability. We can not guarantee the same prices or availability.

The deadline for reservations is the September 8th 2014.
